About the Company:

Hongfa is a leading global manufacturer of electrical components, specializing in low voltage devices. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Product Manager to join our team in Turkey and help us expand our market reach.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead offer on a business level, taking into account selling price, margins, customer needs, features, promotion, customer logistic offer, competition and regulation environment.

2. Provide business support to sales and marketing.

3. Define short term vision & roadmap for existing offers, and collaborate on long term roadmap with Hongfa HQ.

4. Ensure a strong follow up on competitor moves and initiatives. Good understand of competitor offers and share information as necessary. Ensure availability of competition files for sales and marketing (comparison files and sales memo).

5. Support cross functions regarding product questions, direction, and customer support.

6. Deliver accurate & relevant marketing requirements for innovation projects.

7. Monitor product costs and help guide cost savings planning and roadmap.

8. Build and maintain product training content.

Requirements:

1. University degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering.

2. 8-10 years of low voltage devices experience.

3. Sufficient understanding about product demand from market and customers.

4. Strong ability in strategic thinking and planning.

5. Good communication and organization skills.

6. Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality results.
